General:

1. The minimum age for enrolment is 18 years. There is no maximum age.
2. A student’s registration and enrolment for the course is a binding agreement to finish the course and to pay the full fees. The application form must be signed to show the student’s agreement to follow Diginext Infoway (OPC) Private Limited’s Terms and Conditions.
3. You must behave in an appropriate way both inside and outside the classroom.
4. The academy reserves the right to terminate your enrolment in case of serious misconduct or unruly behaviour. In this case, fees paid will not be refunded.
5. You are expected to behave in the most appropriate manner with all your batchmates.
6. The academy has zero tolerance for sexual misconduct. Stern action will be taken against any person found to be behaving inappropriately.

Fees

All fees are payable in INR and payment can be made as follows:

1. By bank transfer directly to our account. Please email or fax us a copy of the remittance advice. Please indicate the student’s name on the remittance.
2. By Demand Draft (DD) made in favour of “Digital Frontier”.
3. By Visa or MasterCard. There is a supplementary charge of 1.2% for all payments by credit card. All credit card payments can only be in INR.
4. By debit cards. There is a supplementary charge of 1% for all payments by debits card.
5. By bank transfer directly to our account. Please email or fax us a copy of the remittance advice. Please indicate the student’s name on the remittance.
6. By cheque. Cheque to be issued in favour of “Digital Frontier”.

Cancellations & Refunds

1. The enrolment fee and any administration fees are non-refundable, except in the case that we are unable to offer you a seat for the course.
2. If you miss a lesson, for whatever reason, we will try and accommodate you for another slot. However, if you do not turn up even in the second instance, you will not be accommodated for an alternative slot over again and we will not give you a refund.

Attendance

1. The academy keeps attendance records. Students will only receive an end-of-course certificate if their attendance has been 70% or more.
2. Digital Frontier Academy expects students to be on time, attend every lesson and complete tasks assigned.

Intellectual Property (IP)

1. The course content including the modules, notes, case studies, hand-outs, images and other content provided by the academy is strictly meant for your consumption only. The same cannot be reproduced, distributed or shared with others in physical or electronic form under any circumstances. By doing so, you will be in violation of Digital Frontier Academy’s IP rights. The academy reserves the rights to take legal action against you and all parties involved in the event of IP violation.
2. You are not permitted to record/film the content handed out to you.
3. You are not permitted to record/film the classes (both audio and video recordings are not permitted).

Student Testimonials, Feedback and Academy Promotional Activities

1. Diginext Infoway (OPC) Private Limited may use videography or still photographs of students for promotional purposes. You consent to your photographs/video being used for promoting the academy to prospects.
2. We may request you to provide a testimonial of the quality of our coaching at the end of the course. Your testimonial does not entitle you to a monetary compensation or improved grades.
3. We may solicit your feedback regarding the thoroughness of the course offered, the quality of training, and any feedback for improvement. Such inputs are meant to improve our course quality and the overall effectiveness of our academy. However, you are not entitled to monetary compensation in return for such inputs.

Other

1. The academy reserves the right to alter a course.
2. In the event of cancellation of a batch due to unavoidable circumstances, we will offer an alternative batch.
The academy reserves the right to change its faculty at any time during the course.
3. The academy reserves the right to alter course commencement dates.
4. The Managers of the academy reserve the right at their absolute discretion to refuse any application for enrolment of a student at any stage of the application process. The academy shall be under no obligation whatsoever to give reasons for the decision of the Managers. If an enrolment is refused, all paid fees will be refunded.
5. Student is liable to pay for any damages caused to the academy property including but not limited to laptops, furniture, academy premises, etc.
6. Please keep a copy of the transaction record.
7. Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
